You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sub-license the templates
  • Share access to templates with others

  • Claim ownership of the original template designs

Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree that:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable
  • Templates are delivered digitally upon successful payment
  • You are responsible for downloading templates within 30 days of purchase
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, code, and content provided by Codebiy Templates remain our intellectual property. The license granted to you does not transfer ownership of the original works.

Support

We provide:

  • 30 days of email support for technical questions
  • Documentation and setup guides
  • Bug fixes for reported issues

Support does not include custom development, design modifications, or installation services.

Limitation of Liability

Codebiy Templates and its templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our templates or services.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Template updates and improvements are provided at our discretion.

Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
